Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a
transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the
issue. You can open a dispute or call us at (928) 775-9884. We will
make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within 2
business days.
We will gladly manage a return and/or refund of any purchase within 30
days of shipment being received by buyer as a result of: 1) product
defect/damage while in shipment to buyer; 2) product damage due to
manufacturing defect(s); and/or 3) product does not work according to
description and within reasonable use within 30 days of being received
by buyer.

Regarding the CoronaZone ozone system units: please refer to the
product warranty information that accompanied the product (install
instructions sheet).
CoronaZone Two (2) Year Limited Warranty:
The CoronaZone model M4 is manufactured by KZO Technologies, LLC (KZO) and
is warranted to the original user to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, not to exceed 26
months from the date of shipment from KZO. This unit is designed for non-
commercial applications. Use in commercial applications will void the product
warranty. KZO’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repairing or
replacing (at KZO’s option), without charge, FOB KZO’s authorized service facility,
the unit or units. KZO will not be held liable for any costs of removal, installation,
transportation to an authorized KZO service center, or any other charges which
may arise in connection with a warranty claim. Other products sold but not
manufactured by KZO are subject to the warranty provided by said manufacturer
and not by KZO’s warranty. KZO will not be held liable for damage or wear to
products caused by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse,
unauthorized alteration or repair, or if the unit was not installed in accordance with
KZO’s printed installation and operating instructions.
KZO Technologies will assume no responsibility for any incidental or
consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from installation, use, or any
other causes. There are no express or implied warranties, including
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond those
warranties described or referred to above.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential
damages, and some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long implied
warranties may last. Therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which
vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
